    Thanks Sloppychops,
    that was quick!!
Will talk it over with my hubby,(as he will not be able to go due to work, and it is him who is paying for it, for me, the kids and my parents.)
(The reviews are not very good for the hotel though)
    Thanks very much!!
    Very much appreciated.

The reviews are not that bad considering there are 29 on Tripadvisor and 21 of them are very good.

Obviously your not going to get all 5 star reviews as what is good to one person isnt to another and that goes for all hotels even top of the range 5 star ones.
For the price in August this is a cracking deal and the vast majority of reviews are very good indeed.

Very good reviews on these as well.

I went to Spain last summer on a coach. I was absolutely dreading it, but it was so cheap I've actually booked again this year. I've paid approx £700 for 2 adults and one child, half board for 14 nights in 3* hotel. Would advise taking lots of food for the journey though as the ferry food was c**p and the service stops expensive.
  • Wow Sloppychops how do you do it?????

I went to Sri-Lanka for 3 weeks at Christmas (2 adults and 3 children 13, 10 & 8). I was so fantastic that we want to go away to somewhere warm again this coming christmas. Somewhere warm and fully inclusive. Got to be a nice place and accommodation though.

Got any ideas as i am clean out of ideas where to go

    PS (From Heathrow / Gawick)
  • You can get self catering apartments on south Costa Blanca that have a set price no matter how many poeple there are, book direct rather than a travel agent based in uk will save you loads of money, most apartments sleep six or more. if you want any info on this kind of holiday email me (address should be on profile)

I also have 3 kids, but all boys!! How the heck do you find these holidays!?
Just reading your posts always put me in a mood for holidays.
If you can, can you find me something too?
    3 adults, 3 children (11, 5, and 4)
flying from any scottish airport,(preferably glasgow) or even if the price is right, from Manchester.
Prefer all inclusive, but half board is ok.
dates would be after 28th June for 1 week
    anywhere in Spain,portugal, or canaries.
    TIA

Have you thought about Turkey-Antalya area. Saw good prices on travelsupermarket.com for Sunlight Gardens 3* AI in SIDE about 45 mins from airport- have suites sleeping 6 persons - price didn't seem to alter even when selecting 2 suites. Hope this helps
