I have a Single Company Pep from the pre ISA days. At present the Admin fees are more than dividends received. Can this be move to a present day shares ISA and retain the tax free status

PEPs don't exit. They were all converted to ISAs.
Any fee you are paying is for a S&S ISA.
It may be possible to move it to a cheaper ISA manager.0 -

As it's effectively already turned into a S&S ISA, you can move it "in specie" to a new provider, which will avoid bid/off spread and being out of the market. Of course, you may prefer to sell and diversity, perhaps into other stocks with good yields, but that's entirely your choice.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.0
