She didn't know how to go to the start page of a forum from the control panel.
She was already in a thread which has "Post Reply" at the top not "start Thread" so the red arrow instruction was confusing for her.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
