osps contract purchased in october

Just been sorting through my phone paperwork and for my phone purchased in october it appears that i am due to send my bill and first cashback claim in, purchased 17/10/06 so im due to send januarys bill in to them so they have it no earlier than the 17/02/07 but no later than 19/02/07 as that will be the date on the feb sent invoice which i wont recieve till about 25/02. Taken from osps site this is to be claimed month 4 and when i checked the e2save page for invoices to send it tells me to send januarys bill.

Is everyone else who purchased a phone at that point preparing to send their bills in? it was during the quidco £42.50 offer.
