26.1.07 what small DFW/MSE thing will you do/have you done today?

Today I bought one of those money tins (the ones you can't get into unless you use can opener) off e-bay only £1. I'm going to start saving my £2 coins. Got one already.

Also put low energy lightbulb in bathroom as normal bulb had gone.

Still eating the 'essential' frozen food I bought for Christmas, so slowly emptying the freezer.

Paid an extra £10 to my Argos account this morning.

- I didn't take my purse to uni with me, so i didn't spend there
- took some soup in a flask to uni with me

Doing a store cupboard challenge this week so have not done the weekly shop! theres brave!!
sent a parcel using recycled bubble wrap etc so no expense there
Managed to pay off one small credit card in full WAYYHAYY

Have just opened a new savings account via Quidco just for the £25. You guys are really getting to me now, I'm becoming obsessed..............

ROFL That's the funniest thing I've read for a long time, but good on you! I'd be too nervous someone would see me, but I think you MUST get the award for today!

I've done my piggyclicks, took lunch to work and about to phone another mobile phone provider to see if I can reduce my contract £!
