Problem with Tesco and not accessing some sites.

Hi there my father in law has been getting fobbed off by the tesco network for some months now and Im now trying to get it sorted but basically he bought a 12 month sim only deal with tesco and the following month bought a htc wildfire as he had emails and his firearm club site to access and was assured it would all work fine but it doesnt.

Tesco are blaming everything else and not really being much help, today i have a look and we both try accessing the site Im on 02 and i get through FIL on Tesco gets 'requested server doesn not have a dns entry' or 'interrupted by the host' this has also been tested with 3 and works fine Ive tried using opera browser but still nothing , but tesco say they dont block any sites but something isnt right and my FIL only bought this package with the assurance it would all work and it doesnt.

Can anyone please help or advise at all? Thank in advance if you can.

Try swapping SIMs into each others handset.

Thanks Instore tesco tried that and had the same problem, unfortunatly i have the micro sim and i dont think that will fit into the wildfire. We have tried everything else we can think of.
