DSRs do apply, infact they are unconditional.
However, op has breached their duty of care. However as we all know the refund is not linked to the right to return and should be issued irrespective and then op persued for damages. Realistically though they won't refund op, nor should they have to.0 -
Another patronising and equallly pointless post from you. I know what DSR means, but you're not reading the facts of the posts made. Againindeed hence why I believe DSR's do not apply.
