ASHP - Connect to big cylinder?

Anyone have any views on whether it's best to connect an ASHP direct to my UFH, or to a 1500L cylinder? I already have the UFH and the store. Just need to decide whether I'll get best performance from the ASHP connected direct or supplying the cylinder.

Depends... what other heating source is connected to the store and how often is it used?0

Well, initially nothing else will be connected, although it will have an immersion heater fitted as backup. Later, I will connect solar water panels as a second heat source. I live in Crete so the solar supplies quite a lot of hot water all year round.0
