Mine just arrived! All present and correct: Starter kit, full size shampoo, full size conditioner and 2 sample sachets (had to dig for these in amongst a ton of shredded packaging!).

I agree the sizes in the starter kit are quite small - not so much the shampoo and conditioner but certainly the treatment pot. The full size treatment retails at £32.50 for only double the amount of the starter kit pot, which doesn't seem an awful lot. I'm almost hoping I don't love it and have to keep repurchasing!

I've just spoken to them on the phone and the offer has expired as they have run out of stock :-(

I place my order on 8.11.2011 at 22:30
received confirmation e-mail with all products and on next day one more e-mail, which stated that i will receive large free shampoo and conditioner in 14 day time....
hope they will arrive,otherwise these sample kit for such small amount is very expensive:eek:

Just received my order this morning, had to sign with Yodel guy. Received full size shampoo & conditioner and 1 sample sachet plus my order which was the 15 pounds starter kit. All in all, very happy, but the 250ml shampoo & conditioner bottles are plain see-through with labels, not as they were pictured to me when I ordered (ie: original design packaging)

Gonna try it out tonight!

Received my order today, in addition to the Damage Reverse 3-piece starter kit I received the 2 free samples and 1 full sized shampoo & 1 x conditioner.

Received mine today, going in my cupboard until I need it. Really pleased that I don't have to carry the big bottles to Wales and back with me each time I visit the OH anymore though I received 2 samples, £15 kit, 250ml conditioner and shampoo
