These were christmas gifts so i dont mind waiting. However if the free gifts dont come within 14 days, The starter pack is going back and i will request a refund. Looks like they are honouring those who have managed to order.

Have looked on my order history and it only shows 1 free bottle, although my email shows two. Any one else have this ?

Just checked by order status and it shows as been despatched, but with only 1 free bottle, and no samples. Email shows shampoo and conditioner. Will update when received.

grrrr I always manage to miss these offers!
It says only allowed to use one code at a time, so I'm assuming it's not working anymore.
Still tempted to try the starter kit as everyone seems really excited by these products

If they don't it's going back as I had both the shampoo & conditioner showing in my basket at the time of order.

I made 2 orders, both show as despatched when checking order history and both only show one bottle free. Ist order just received and it contained the starter kit and 2 free bottles even though the despatch only shows one. I'm guessing the other will come tomorrow now so it looks like a waiting game and you'll only know what they've sent when it arrives. The free bottles aren't brown but clear. Hope everyone gets everything they ordered without needing to contact Ojon.

PS had the sample sachets too
