Mine arrived today, £15 kit a lot smaller than I thought it would be but with the free shampoo and conditioner it is well worth it. Had to really have a good rummage in all that horrible crinkly shredded cardboard packaging to find samples. Thanks OP

I was out yesterday and when I got home a card saying that a parcel had been left in a secure location behind the side gate. No parcel to be found, I rang immediately and was told that my parcel had been signed for by a name I didn't recognise. To top it all by chance when taking my son to school this morning I noticed some rubbish dumped at the end of the road, when walking home I saw a sample of shampoo on the floor picked it up and went to take a look at the empty box to see it was addressed to me, with an empty box which the starter pack had been in. Additionally on my way to collect my son this evening there appeared to be something all over the path, it may have been shampoo or conditioner! This is the second parcel I have had problems with YODEL, the other was a Lego book which they now appear to have replaced having stated that it had been delivered when I was in all day! I wouldn't use this company if I had he choice again!

Rec'd order today. got the free samples in box and the free shampoo and conditioner.....definately too much crinkly stuff its like a lucky dip!!! Will come in handy for xmas presents lol

Good morning. I received my full order yesterday. Tiny starter kit, 250ml shampoo and conditioner and 2 samples. Glad I got the freebies as the starter kit is a present and looks like its worth nothing on its own!

have just placed order, rec confirmation order but no mention off free shampoo / conditioner just the 2 samples and product ordered. Hope this doesn't mean they have run out.
