Orrr thanks Sepa, rubbish isn't it.....

Back from the dentist - only to be told that we have lovely clean teeth - took 10 minutes to see all 4 of us and cost me £35 for the pleasure of it.

There's always something to be spending money on!!

Took some inspiration from others and "tidied" my accounts - resulting in an OP of £32.39.

I'll update my signature etc once all of the OP's have been for August......

I've realised that whilst I might be able to achieve my OP goal of £26k for this year, my goal for getting under the £100k mark is going to fall a long way short - this is thanks to using £11k of the Overpayments for my new car. I question whether I really should have bought the new car, but I guess its too late now and on the bright side we're really enjoying the car.

We've got alot of work to do if we (I !!) are going to achieve our MF goal by the end of 2016..... I can't believe that it's been almost a year since I got serious about this........ Although we've made some great inroads I still feel shame when I read other peoples diaries as they do so much more towards achieving their goals than I do. I'm going to make sure that I spend some time each week reading through subscribed threads etc as it really does help me to keep on track.

I've listed various items on fleabay this morning, all just small things, but hopefully they will sell - a little bit of recycling!

I've listed a total of 14 items on fleabay today - it's ages since I had a proper sell a thon on fleabay so I'm curious to see how it works out and whether it's actually worth my while. It takes a while to take pics, list and then messing around packaging and posting etc etc.

I've got tonnes of stuff to shift - so depending on how it goes it will either be listed on fleabay or shipped off to the charity shop.

Payment for an item sold the other day has arrived from paypal - OP'd this morning.

Sold 3 of my listed items to a "friend" from another forum - this isn't a forum to do with money saving, so she gladly paid me £24 for them. Will OP when this arrives from Paypal. Much better for me to sell this way as I don't need to pay ebay fees etc. So have ended the listings on those 3 items.

Still have around 17 items listed, most of them with watchers..... I'm so addicted - I keep checking my fleabay app to see if I have more watchers or to check for bids (in case the app forgot to tell me about a new bid!!).....

Off in to London shortly or a meeting, hopefully it will be as quiet as it was last week. Also aiming for a NSD....

Oh, I've just arranged to have the next 2 weeks off work..... I work from home and have been trying to balance childcare and working but its been quite stressful, so a whole 2 weeks off will be amazing. I haven't had quality time off work for ages so I'm really looking forward to it.

Trying to decide what to do is a bit of a pain as I've no idea what the weather will be like, so I'm really nervous about booking anything and forking out money... Would love to go and stay at a Haven site for 4 nights, but it looks like we will have rain most of the time.
