I've not weighed myself for years, I just go by how my clothes fit me... I've thought about getting weighed but firstly it might depress me and secondly I'd just start obsessing, so best that I avoid the scales.

Body combat was fab but I much prefer the Sunday instructor.

I was starving when I finished so had an apple and 5 peanut m&m's, oops!

We have medicals at work, my next one is in 6 months and I could do with being a bit lighter. Plus I keep getting injuries which lead me to put weight on which then causes more. I have a physically enduring course in 18 months and I can't afford to get injured so would like to lose a stone to help that.

I have been lazy lately and let DH do the early morning dog walks so I have given myself a stern talking to and am off out with her now before work

I'm very pleased to be inspiring some exercise! Natty's diary encouraged me to get off my butt with all her talking about the lady gym.....

Debating whether to go to "Body Blast" today..... it's my least favourite class - the instructor is lovely, but the class is poorly put together, music is rubbish and it's a bit boring.... however, out of them all it seems to be the best one for my middle region which is the area that needs the most help - so i might just have to go along......

Off to check bank accounts now to make sure there are no nasty surprises..

I am inspired. I tried a wee bit of a jog (right shoes, wrong clothes for more) during this morning's walk and was horrified at how quickly I got out of breath. I have never been a runner but I did the couch to 5k programme for the race for life a few years ago. Last year I got plantar fasciitus (policeman's heel) so stopped impact stuff entirely. I need to get back into it gently.
I have also logged in and changed my Ocado order to remove all the big bag crisps - I must have some crisps but I have no will power once they are open and my intention to not eat them all goes totally out of the window.

Morning Lula, well done on your recent sales, that's great :j

I know what you mean about having to be in the right mood to de-clutter and luckily I'm in that mood at the moment. As you know from my thread i'm in house thorough cleaning mode at the mo and then I'll start on the inside of things and that WILL include my wardrobe

PS, just thought of an exercise that we all have in common, mortgage combat :rotfl::rotfl:

    Regards

I'm a terrible jogger/runner - hate it. My excuse is that it's bad for your knee joints... so I give anything like that a very wide birth.

Perhaps you could ask the Crisp manufacturers to make super small packets so that we can all indulge without overdoing it. I love crisps and over savoury things.....

Yes - loving the mortgage combat!!! Can do it without even leaving the sofa which is a double plus!

Enjoy the clear out ATT, hope you can perhaps make a few quid in the process.

I've just sold two of my Pandora beads to a bag friend - so that's £50 in my pocket. Yay!

Dh and I have arranged to meet for a very late lunch at 3pm today before we collect the boys from nursery/hol club. So, I shall use some of my Pandora pennies to fund it and then pay the rest off my CC spends.

Confession - I went crazy and looked at Next online and ordered a tonne of stuff - only some of it would have been kept as I like to have multiple choice.... anyway it came to something like £350. I wanted to cancel it once I'd ordered as I reminded myself that I didn't need any of it. Anyway, you can't cancel, so I just haven't been to collect the stuff. I will just leave it there and it will be credited to my account in 14 days.

    What a loon I am.
