Oh btw - I'm using any proceeds from selling these unused clothes to go towards the bits that I bought for myself the other day.....

Seeing you all sell stuff makes me think I really should get around to this but I forget and it seems a lot of hassle. We need to truly sort through the storage/spare room and garage and then I will know what needs to go where.

I've got to be in the mood for it before I can motivate myself to de-clutter...

Another dress looks like it might be sold - so Mac paid for and posted. Currently waiting for payment on 2 dresses......

Did a lunch time Aqua Zumba, loved it. One of my friends came along this week too which was nice.

Body Combat tonight, so twice in one day, get me!

I need to do something though... all joking aside, hardly any of my clothes are fitting me - they are ridiculously tight and I am not buying the next size up. So, I need to increase the amount of exercise and cut out crap from my diet, starting from now.

lulabelle - just catching up with your diary and blimey, I'm exhausted just thinking of your exercise schedule! I did circuits last night and it usually takes me a week or so before I can move properly again!

Good luck shrinking, sounds like you're well on the way!

BTW - I was like this after my first class - it was the first exercise in approx 9 years.... it hurt like hell to even sit down on the toilet and going up the stairs was agony afterwards - it was like that for nearly a week. I felt bruised all over.

I have pretty much got my diet under control, I just need to work on doing some exercise. I don't really walk anywhere so am trying to make an effort to go out for a walk each day too. My clothes are all getting slightly more roomy but that is more down to a stomach bug and I would like to build on that. I want to lose 4 pounds first and then work in 4/5 pound chunks. You and Natty have made me feel a bit guilty when I read your exercise, I need to find something that interests me I think.
