I hope the aching arms and back have recovered! I don't seem to get 'sore' which makes me question how much effort I am actually putting in!!!! X

Still a few aches and pains but I put it down to never working those areas before....

I don't get any aches from Pilates or Yoga, but that's totally different anyway.

Do they do Body Combat at the Lady Gym Natty - you should give it a try if they do, I promise you will hurt!!

Aqua Zuma for me at 1 o'clock. Another new class that I haven't tried before.

Did some TT's and then transferred the MOP money to the Mortgage - all the little tidies throughout the month mean an extra £11 ish (can't remember the exact figure without checking) paid off. I also "found" an extra £30 and sent that too. So, total OP's £100 which is shocking quite frankly when I think about how much money has been spent this month. Will try harder next month, I've promised myself.

    How was aqua Zumba?

PS my gym only offers Zumba as additional class...it's tinywiney and very, very basic ;)

Aqua Zumba was great fun. It was fab doing it in the pool as I didn't need to worry about looking daft or doing the wrong moves. It was easy peasy too compared to Body Combat. Signed up again for next week.

Have you done much Zumba Natty? I imagine it's much harder when you don't do it in the swimming pool.......

I did a Zumba class last week - and loved it!!! I have done body combat before and couldn't keep up with the pace.

I hated, hated, hated spin classes though

I have no plans to to do spinning at all. I don't really enjoy riding a bike anyway, so the thought of peddling (and sweating) non stop for an hour in a room just does not appeal to me. Plus, I don't want to get big muscly man legs, so I shall stay away from spinning.....

I don't want my a$$ to feel like it's on fire, so that is certainly another good reason to avoid spinning.....
