    Mrs Ryan,

I'm so sorry to read this. I have PCOS too but have never had the severity of problems with it that yo have, I'm so terribly sorry its so bad for you. (I have other medical problems and my PCOS is really just a side show, but its depressing enough at the small influence it has on me so I really feel dreadful for you)

What I do find is that when things feel too much, (physically and emotionally) that I NEED to stop doing some routine stuff, but not all of it...otherwise I feel worse, and also, check that I'm eating what I should and not eating what I should not. Supporting your body with that debilitating anaemia as well is so important.

Mrs Ryan - I'm sorry you're going through such a rough time. I have PCOS and I get down about the symptoms and I don't have it anywhere near as bad as you. So I offer my sympathies. I hope everything starts easing for you soon.

To be honest I can understand why your Hubby doesn't understand. A lot of women wouldn't even understand. It's one of those things that if you haven't experienced it personally you struggle to identify with how it impacts the person.
