Hiya,
I hope this is the right board
Does anybody know what constitutes peak and off peak?
When i purchased my mobile phone (2 years ago ish) I was told off peak was, "weekends, after 7pm untill 7am and bank holidays" is this still right?
As I’m pretty sure Christmas day counts as a bank holiday but my mobile bill seems to think otherwise.
I'm not trying to get out of paying my bill but if there had been a mistake i would like to get it corrected.
Many thanks in advance

apart from maybe orange, bank holidays do not count as off peak(Rip off!) My vodfone off peak tariff is 7pm-8am monday - thursday and 7pm friday - 8am monday.
No idea how this compares to other networks though0 -
varies network to network, some count off-peak as after 6 some after 7 and weekends, with regards to bank holidays, ring your providers and ask themYes Your Dukeiness0

O2 and Voda certainly charge you full wack on Bank Holidays. I agree it is a rip off, just the same as BT charge you weekday rates on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and NY Day if they fall Monday to Friday.
