Does Radio Downloader do what you want? It is usually well recommended.

paste any link from utube into here http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ hit convert then download it will turn the utube video into A mp3
whether its a music clip a news clip a tv prog etc it converts any utube vid into mp3 use windows media player to burn

Ah so, Audacity will record anything from Youtube onto CD for me.

Why do you want to record straight onto a CD? Just record your Audio, then burn it to CD.

NO.
You do not record "onto CD", you record onto your hard drive then move the files to CD/DVD afterwards.
