Probably better with nylon as it won't compress so much.

ahhhh yes i found out what was making so much noise!
dd has a chest of drawers under hed bed which was right up against the metal bit connecting the legs. argh so simple!i moved it away and now we have near silence at night time wahooo!ADVISE-"I advise you get help"
