you can get the run command back very easily
right click on start
go to properties
click on properties
go to the customize box and click that
go to advanced tab
in the start menu items box
scroll to the bottom
check the run command box
click ok
click apply
click ok
go to start and the run command should be back

ive tried this computerwoman but i can see no run command box to check in the start menu0
