perhaps I wrongly assumed you would understand that, record would mean written, I have rang up various places and it often states calls are recorded also. Even if proof was found I think that the amount overpaid would have to be paid back anyway.
Enquiring whether a call has been recorded could be worthwhile but I still fail to see how you could have a written record of a telephone call.0 -
I always write down the date and time of a call and the name of the person I spoke to, from past experience its always worth it.0

Of cause not but it would back up the OP claims that she tried to sort it out. As I said I doubt it would make any difference anyway, if she has recieved the incorrect amount it will have to be paid back.0
