As previous poster suggested, a polite conversation I will show you my plan and you show me yours may resolve the issue. Then paint correct numbers on the kerb.

On my lease at the Land Registry it is numbered differently to the number painted on the kerb

I have checked my title plan & it clearly outlines the space i am in as owned by my flat

I am not sure if the lease at land registry is the same as title plan?

If you have both been allocated same space, you may need to consult all of the owners then get your title deeds corrected.

I am not jumping the gun as I think that I would be surprised to learn that the OP would make his argument based on his plan, knowing that this is crucial, but accept, by seeking advice, that the other person has a point to argue without first seeing theirs.

Yes it is an assumption but to assume otherwise is surely being a bit rude to the OP ie " didn't you ask to see his plan, you know like the one you have... d'uh"?
