    What's Ofwat got to do with a gas bill?
    Debt of more than £200 on a gas/electricity account will normally result in switch being refused. As the account is now in your name, what is the balance owing?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    The relevant issue is not that it was blocked but the reason given. Is it debt blocking or something else. If debt blocking how much?
