If it comes to escalation, then you do it in Ebay by logging into the case. Do it by the 20th as their 'dates' are not always perfect.0

Seller contacted me today asking if i had received the item and if i was happy could i leave feedback.
Asks me not to leave negative or open a dispute until i have contacted them.
I was thinking get them to refund and buy it from them again. At least i get another 45 days. Or maybe choose
