t mobile delivery charge

after my contract ended agreed new deal over the phone with t mobile rep- this included a new phone - the phone duly arrived but i note from this months bill they have charged £5 for delivery - no mention made of delivery charge either by rep or on confirmatory text i received - have never paid for delivery for any previous phones - i see from their website they offer free next day delivery for online orders but no mention of upgrades - is this normal with t mobile

i had a new t mobile phone the other day it was free delivery on all internet orders

They don't charge for delivery on internet orders, but they do on upgrades agreed over the phone.
And yes, the rep don't tell you that in case you haggled to have the charge removed.

I ordered a Solo Fixed pay monthly SIM off T-mobile and got charged £6.33, I couldn't find the SIM online and wanted to do the friend referral. I don't remember being told about this charge so am a bit miffed.

I am more miffed because the SIM didn't turn up on time and had to be chased, turned up at 7pm on a by Midday service.

I guess I will ring them once the number port goes through and try my luck, getting this credited as I really wanted to place the order online and told them that.

I would suggest anyone charged this fee to ring up or write to them, see what happens.
