I haven't used Toucan but I'm looking for a new broadband provider and when I looked into them they didn't have the best of reviews.
Still can't decid what to go for myself, it's really confusing when there are so many conflicting reports.0 -
Don't bother, load of crap...!!!
been with them for 12 months now and just about to change to sky, they keep changing there usage policy and now i can only download about 1.6gig a month (supposed to be unlimited)0
