GAME preorder - dispatched day after release

I preordered Sonic Generations on Thursday, 1 day before release, from GAME's website several hours before their 1pm same day dispatch cut off time, and phoned customer services to confirm that it would be dispatched the same day. At 3pm in the afternoon the order was still "unshipped" in my account, so phoned again only…

I was not expecting the order to be delivered on x date, it's more the fact that multiple customer service advisors confirmed and promised it would definitely be dispatched the same day/following day only for it to be delayed further without notification.

Regardless of item purchased and what it's needed for, the point is GAME did not do what they promised, hence the vent.
