Not being able to get a contract due to my address

I have a real problem with my address. The main problem is that I live on a boat my dad owns. The address in speaking is for a boatyard that I am moored in. My dad has owned this boatyard for over 30years now and I have been living here for my full life (19years and 7months).

The problem is that whenever I try to get a phone contract I get turned down based on the fact that I can move my home from address to address. Because of this I am denied of almost anything that requires a credit check to buy. I am a member of a bank, I get regular post to this address and I have lived here longer than most people live in houses before moving. So why should they deny me based on my address.

Does anyone know a way round this?
