Looks like there after Tiscali as well looking at another post - Oh well no price wars in the future then if Bt buy them all out. Surely there will be a monopolies debate soon on this one.

Hopefully the Trade Description Act would insist PLUSNET be renamed USELESS-NET. The Technical Service is dire so perhaps some would undertand why BT are interested. They leave you hanging on the telephone for an eternity - The telephone helpline is at times non-existent and if you email a question they do not want to answer they simply ignor it! I Suggest anyone considering switching to Plusnet should invest in a bargepole. As always its when things stop working you find out how good an ISP is and PLUSNET have fail miserably.

Asked me about PN 6 months ago and I would have agreed, i even said give me my mac! but they have turned it around quite considerably and when I have called cs problems resolved asap and they were polite as well!! So far its fingers crossed but thats all it is I have to still wait and see:cool:

I cannot begin to list the problems with PLUSNET nor can I find adequate words to exporess how utterly useless they have been and still are. The attitude is we know we don't bother to answer the phones but we will take your money anyway. If thats the sort of customer service people want that Plusnet is the ISP for them
