Am ok x The nurse has been coming every evening to empty my drain and should be taking it out tonight when she comes.I haven't even been dressed as it's awkward with the drain in.Hopefully,I can get a shower later and wash my hair..am a little tired but more through boredom I think

Aw Taxi. Hope things get a bit more managable when the drains out.
Enforced rest can sometimes be boring can't it but maybe use it to catch up on some reading or go on the alibi or hallmark channel and catch up with some good oldies, like Columbo. Me and DD love Monk
I know it's not that easy though.
    Take care luvi

Jeepers. I've been in Norfolk for a week, so just catching up with what you're doing ... glad to hear you're at home, it sounds like it was all really scary. Hope you feel a bit better right now xxx

Poor you, taxi, that sounds really frightening and unpleasant. I hope you're starting to feel better and that you can get up and about more once the drain is out.

Went to hospital today and had dressings removed only to find that I'm allergic to the dressings.....thought the stinging/burning was due to the op but the nurse said the dressings had caused a big angry rash...back to hospital in morning to see surgeon and hopefully get results though they had no results this morning

You shouldn't be having to go through this worry again.
I've got into the naughty habit of staying up really late again in the summer holidays even though I want to go to bed??? I potter about on here and watch nonsense on tv!
