    Don't be too hard on yourself Taxi. You've come a looooong way in a short time and made amazing progress.
    As for the sausage and bacon barms...well I always say a little of what you fancy does you good :D

    I hate buying clothes too. I think as long as you feel comfortable in what you've bought and the clothes are pretty holiday colours you'll feel lovely, come what may. The weight will come off, but it won't make you any nicer than you are already. Your lovely nature shines through all your posts.

    I don't feel or look good in my clothes though but there's nothing going to change how I look before my holiday.
    Have tried to stick to my diet all week but don't think I've lost anything but not going to get too upset about that as too much on my mind at the minute.
    I go for my scan/biopsy this afternoon and am not looking forward to that nor waiting for results..I just want my life back to normal and to feel positive again.
