Thought I should post today for a couple of reasons.
Firstly,today is the anniversary of me finishing my treatment..which is a celebration in itself.
Secondly,being the last day of the year it is a time of reflection on the year as a whole.So what have I achieved?

I've lost 4st 3.5lbs
I can stand a bit longer
I can get in/out of bath by myself
I can walk a bit longer
I can stay awake longer
I can do some of my housework
I have strarted my ECDL

I still get days of sheer exhaustion but they are fewer and farther apart...

In 2012 my aims are

To get as close to my goal weight as possible...still 7st 6lbs to go
Pass my ECDL
Increase my exercise..this is hard as the osteo arthritis is excruciating some days
Voluntary job...to assess how I can cope in work environment
CC...on 0% pay off my furniture
Savings...continue putting £175 p/m away
Also follow MSE principles and be as frugal as possible

Taxi, you really are amazing. Hate to ask but it dosen't say anything about stopping smoking.............Anyway I still think you totally rock and hope you get everything you wish for next year. Happy New Year.
