Hope you're feeling a bit better today! Glad you got the dog bed sorted and I hope that they like it, most of my animals would promptly refuse to use it as I had gone to so much trouble to sort it out....maybe that's just my pets though :rotfl:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Am resting loads thanks, so much so that I haven't even got dressed the last few days.
DS popped in earlier with a big box of chocolates for me ...bless him.
DD2 did the shopping today and then made pies from the hairy dieters lose weight cook book..they were very nice.
My bandanas arrived this morning I was really amazed at the quick service as ordered about 3.15 am fri morning and they were here 10.30am sat morning..how goods that?
I haven't got much to report as I lead such a boring life at the minute.
As for the dog beds they both usually sleep in them swapping between each others but sometimes they opt for the floor..lol0 -
Hope you enjoy the choccys. A girl at work made the pies and they were delish.

Thinking of you, Taxi. :kisses3: Not been on here for ages ( rubbish life happenings have got in the way but I'm ashamed of myself as none of the bad things compares to what you are coping with). Yours was the first diary I chose to catch up on as you have always been such an inspiration and your postings a joy to read. So very sorry to read your awful news and that you are going through the mill at the moment but if all the positive vibes and love from all who 'know' you on here are anything to go by you'll be fit and well in no time at all:lovethoug.
Glad you got your dog bed sorted. I've never had dogs, been a cat person all my life and in that time have had lots of cats (not all at once of course:rotfl::rotfl:) but none of them have ever slept in the beds that I've bought specially for them. You name a bed type and I've bought it sometime or another. They just sniff them and then proceed to sleep wherever they want:doh:. I've always thought dogs are so much more sensible and obliging than cats! Good on you and your hubby for giving such a loving home to your latest dog.
Will be reading your diary regularly from now on (have subscribed to it) and will be thinking of you.0 -

All the dogs we've had are rescue dogs as I'd rather rescue than encourage breeders to keep on breeding0 -
Ben the rescue GSD had us in stitches earlier. He has slowly been getting used to fireworks but still is scared of the big bangs. He was in the kitchen earlier whilst DD was making a bolognese for tomorrows dinner and she had the back door open when a loud firework went off....he quickly shut the back door with his head and stood there with the biggest grin on his face as if to say..look mummy I'll keep the fireworks away...it was hilarious0

Thats so cute! Obviously, from my name, I'm a cat person, but people who see me with dogs think I'm a dog person
there's a GSD that lives next door at the moment, name of Lady, and a sweeter-tempered dog it'd be hard to find.
