Now that stamps are so expensive so you plan to send many Christmas cards this year?

last year i went to card factory with my list and ended up spending over £25
( i do have a large family)
then £12 on stamps at the post office, there is no way im doing that again this year, i would rather give it to charity0 -
I have cut them out to all except immediate family. Give the money I would have spent to Alzihmers Society instead, all my friends know this and as such I do not expect any eitherTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0

I dont mind the cost of the cards, I usually buy some nice ones half price in January, its the price of the postage that's the stingermake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I tend to buy my cards in jan sales and hand deliver them!! If I don't see family but other family members do I pass the cards to them to deliver to others when they see them this way I save on postage

I hate the clutter of xmas cards. I think they should be something you send to people far away who you won't see over xmas as a way of exchanging seasons greetings, but its not, you have to give the bloody things to everyone & everyone gives them to you!!!!0

I used to think I "had to" give cards but 3 Christmases ago I stopped and explained that I was donating to a children's hospice instead. :snow_laug
I've lost count of the people who said "I wish I could do that".
Maybe it's my age but I don't feell I have to do anything . Great feeling!" The greatest wealth is to live content with little."
