2015 sounds as if it's going to be very exciting.
When I left my job in 2009, the writing had been on the wall for a couple of years, and it was a matter of holding my nerve and waiting for the redundancy package.
If that redundancy hadn't happened, I think I'd still be working on a full time basis, so it was a catalyst for change in a very positive way.
I'll be looking forward to reading all the updates:)Early retired - 18th December 2014

Tilly, oxtail smelling great with a couple of recipe additions

Coated in flour, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper. Added chestnuts, carrot, onion, garlic, port, beef stock, bay leaf, star anise. Might add a little smoked sea salt or soy sauce if it ends up being overly sweet :T0 -

Poor GG, she really wanted that soup :rotfl:
Thanks for the tip Tilly, Mrs E said it was one of the best meals I'd ever made. Served it with bread and winter greens with butter and lemon juice to contrast with the unctuous melty beef
