If my memory is correct this has happened on 2 occasions before with mse members while i have been here and i believe both did get the money paid out and a little more (150 or 200pp?) when they proved to pb that it had happened by sending a scan of the envelope.

My OH had the same thing happen some time back.I called up the sorting office and learnt that its from empathy marketing(PB),so he emailed them and asked what to do.There was no response for a loooooong time,maybe because it was the first of its kind complaint to them,no one on here had the problem before at that time.Someone suggested taking a photo of the information slip and the envelope from PB when it comes through so we can have a proof.Finally I pasted stamps on the card and had it delivered.After numerous emails,Karl apologised and added 200 pp for the trouble and delay in response.Keep nagging them till you get the points.Good luck.

Thanks for replying! I did scan the envelope and attached it to my email so hopefully I will hear something today.
