They only TRACK you going to whatever website, same as quidco.. it was you who gave your details and thus you are responsible for any response back that you get from that company.
I am sure pigsback have not given out any of your details and if you are getting spam emails then it is from something that you yourself must have signed up to via pigsback in order to gain points.
It's not a case of them not knowing what they do with personal details of yours, or that they're losing your registration details with any certain company - remember it's the company you gave the details to.. pigsback didn't do it on your behalf.Lost lbs =

Wife e-mailed pigsback and cheekily asked for 100 points for spotting a mistake on the site. Got this back from Lyn:-
Thank you very much for pointing this out to us. I am afraid it is at
Pigsback.com's discretion whether to credit PiggyPoints when members
highlight errors or mistakes on our website, and we do in some cases, but
for this particular mistake I do not feel it is necessary to credit
PiggyPoints as it is only a graphic error. This error does not affect the
offer in a bad way, it is a picture of a road and the side of a car,
which simply portrays the idea of a Motor Zone.
Mardy or what.
Oh um. It seems if you don't ask you don't get and if you do ask you don't get. A bit like my sex life
P.S. she voted for Andy
To be honest i think that was probably the right decision, it's not an error as such really is it. Afterall, it is correct to drive on both sides of the road, depending on where you live (which country that is).
I have pointed out spelling mistakes and wrong answers and still never gotten any points for doing so.Lost lbs =

I've no problems with the response from the company - none atall, and have never said i do.
I posted to ask if this rubbish attitude from pigsback was normal, because they hadn't tracked me going o the site, but the site obvious had a record of me, and pigsback wouldn't check that out - or make any effort to check out their mistage in not allocating my points.
If they can't do something as simple as track the fact i went to a site, how can they be trusted with my details?
i've decided to stop using them anyways so thanks for everyone's thoughts on thisDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -

Hi Jaffa...I seem to have come into this discussion a little late, I've always found pigsback very helpful and quick to respond whenever I've had a question or query .....I think it's such a shame you've decided to stop using them ,as the rewards a very high in comparison to the amount of time you have to put in, couldn't you just chalk this one down to experience and whenever you sign up to offers just keep a copy in a seperate folder in your OE ( assuming you use OE)...This is what I do ......mind you, I've always been a bit of a pedant that way;) ."Every time you feel yourself getting pulled into someone else's nonsense, tell yourself: Not my circus, not my monkeys." - Mark Borkowski.

I mailed pigsback to say the toucan quiz was saying 'quiz didnt exist' I had this reply today:
"Thanks for getting in touch.
If you try this now you shouldn't have any problems with it.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know."
Should work for everyone now. xx0 -
Good thinking with the e-mailing Hovism - just a shame it's now saying "coming soon" instead. Hopefully it will be sorted soon now they know about it.0
