Please can someone give me some advice?
As per my earlier posts i ordered an arcadia voucher on the 17th Jan. I havent recieved it, have checked with post office and its not there.

I've emailed pigsback 5 times now and they are just not replying.. Does anyone have another email address i could use other than the postmaster@pigsback.com?

for the last 2 days i am finding when i try to logout of pigsback, so my hubby can log in (we only have 1 computer) it just keeps refreshing onto my homepage. Similarly i've tried where it says my name and then if this is not you click here, and again it just refreshs the homepage. Any ideas anyone???!!
We have done this usually ok since we joined about 1 year ago.

That's the one I normally use and it gets a response, they're not ending up in your junk or spam folder? I've had that before with hotmail

You could try membersupport@pigsback.com or give them a ring on 0207 170 4010

I'm pretty sure someone said Arcadia were out of stock and pigsback were hoping to get them back in stock at the end of this week.

I think the arcadia ones are out of stock at the moment which might explain your delay. They are usually pretty good at getting back to you so I hope you hear soon

You could try info@pigsback.com or check out their about us page which should have alternative e-mail addresses
