EmH wrote:I am SO annoyed with Pigsback. I ordered a £10 leisure voucher recently and it arrived yesterday but they'd sent it without a stamp. So today I had to make a special trip to the delivery office to collect it and pay £1.23 for the priviledge. PLUS they've failed to credit me with 150 points for 2 offers I signed up for on Feb 2nd, according to the terms the points are long overdue now. I'm getting really ticked with all the time I am having to spend making a note of everything I sign up for and writing e-mails chasing points etc. I've mailed them about both issues but I really feel that I shouldn't have to keep doing this.
In my view it's pretty misleading to offer points and continually fail to award them and it's shocking to send out reward vouchers without postage! I'm beginning to seriously consider making a formal complaint agains them and then dropping Pigsback for good.
Come on Pigsback, get your act together. If you offer points, award them. If I'd done any of my jobs as shoddily, I would have been sacked in an instant.
to be honest, most people are gaining vouchers from PB for doing very little, just clicking on a few links and signing up for newsletters...
why people get so angry when they are basically getting money for nothing is beyond me....0 -

That's really not the point. They are making offers that they are not coming through on, which isn't on at all.
I've adhered to their terms and conditions and amassed 1000 points which should translate to a £10 voucher. I don't think it is wrong to expect not to have to pay £1.23 for that voucher plus the cost of fuel and time to go and collect it. That was not the deal I signed up for.
Pigsback are very quick to close accounts and take action when they think their terms are being breached, but they don't seem nearly so interested in the rights and expectations of their members.
Let's face it, Pigsback are not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts, they are making money on it and they should not be offering things they are not willing or able to provide.

hi
i want to sign up to the experian credit report thing to earn £3.50 back in points...has anyone else done this as i want to cancel my membership straight away after ive got the points...
can someone help?0 -
If you email pigsback about there being no stamp on your envelope I am sure they will credit your account, they always have in the past. I have found their customer service excellent and have always had quick replies to my emails. Remember they are only human and can miss the odd stamp on the hundreds of envelopes they send out.
When I have chased up points it is often because they have not been verified by the other Company. I took part in the Pigback Talkback on Tuesday and I did say we need a way of keeping track of pending points on our account page, so hopefully they will do something about this.0 -

Yes I have done this, but you will have to call them to cancel the membership and they will confirm by email that it is cancelled.0 -

Yes I still have my points x 4. I am not going to email them again after all we have all told them and I think it is up to them now to sort it out.0 -
