I ordered a voucher 15days ago and I haven't received it yet. What would be best way of chasing it up, or is there still time for it to arrive?

If its for any of the Arcadia Group vouchers, or John Lewis/Waitrose, they are out of stock at the moment till next week.

Yep, its an arcadia one! Will they email me to tell me its going to be late? Or did you chase it up yourself!

I think people have been waiting some time for the Arcadia ones to be back in stock....

I usually get the Boots ones myself, they arrive pretty quick.

Check with their customer services how much detail they need, I had to email scans of my credit card and passport but the account dept. were fine with me blocking out the last 4 digits of my card no. and the whole of my passport no. You can block out as much as you feel uncomfortable sharing (or sending) as long as the info they need is still there.

Thanks for reply. Am new to cashback sites, also gambling sites, so may seem a bit paranoid. I think what made me the most suspicious was that I actually won anything!

No problem, it sounded pretty dodgy to me when I first read that they wanted a copy of my passport. It might have been perfectly safe sending it without editing out some of the details, but a little healthy paranoia is a useful thing to have when you're using the internet.
