Hi, does anyone know where my mum can get a free eye test? She wants to order some glasses from Glasses Direct, but her current Optician won't release her prescription to her.

I think that under the data protection act he has to release this information - i would challenge him - alternativley when you place the order they sometimes ask for your opticians details & get the info themselves
good luck:j :j :j :j :j :j :j0 -
Donald and Aitchson (sp?) often advertise free eye tests, my mum has one booked for tomorrow. I think she got hers through her Nectar card.Previous debt: £14K :embarasse Debt free: Sept '03

Tesco Magazine, quite often has free eye test vouchers in them + the magazine is also free to take away. Keep checking on a regular basis in Tescos.0
