The only reason I asked, is because of the responsible lending they all Strive for. How is responsible for a lender to ask when you get paid next I say 30 days, they say ohh, ok, thats fine I'll loan you for 15 days. I never said I WAS responsible for taking it out. I'm sorry I don't know the rules on these kind of things I dont have all day to troll forums all day I have a life. (admins excluded) :j

Were you not capable of saying 'No thank you, thirty days would be better'?

Surely "responsible borrowing" is as important as "responsible lending", if not more so.

If you were 30 days away from your next payday, wouldn't that suggest you had just been paid for the current month?

Yes I believe it is, I never said it wasn't, However more and more these days companies get stitched on the smallest of details, which is why I asked the question. Now I know That's fine I'll just pay it.

Bless your hart, the loan company don't know if you can borrow off your mum to pay them back at 15 days, do they?
Can you wriggle out of not paying the penalty fees? No - just like everyone else that fails to pay on time.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Well nice reception thanks, you do not know the circumstances of why I had to take the loan, I dont mind paying the loan back I just dont want to pay the admin fees if I could avoid it.

No bother thanks for your "Expert" advice, lovely community.

Wow. For those that didnt know, txtloans actually employ Mystic Meg & that fat bloke who does horoscopes, and they should have known in advance that the op wouldn't have had £117 in 15 days time. Even though he said he would.
