In fact it may still be cheaper to take a loan with another company and pay off the old loan with the new - the new loan interest charges will probably be cheaper than the late payment charge with the text loan
When something happens and your mind is not in it's correct state and someone offers your money its hard to say no, I didnt realise at first it was only 15 days and by the time I did I was already set on lending it. I know how much I'll have to pay, I can pay it, I was just wondering if I could get out of it if possible. It would look better in my bank than theirs.0 -
Fine, you keep blaming others, that's it.
Blaming others for their ars*hole responses? not my lending mistakes, you need to be careful a fellow German in the 40s had a few of the same characteristics as you. I shan't respond to you again you have nothing worthwhile to imput obviously.0 -

Clearly it is your lending mistake you took the loan by decite you knew you could not pay it back but you appled and took the money and spent it.
If you knew you could not afford it you could of paid back to money within a certain time with no charges.
Also calling posters names etc is a bit childish your proberbly older than me but acting like a little kid grow up man up and face your responsabilties and pay back your debt.

Look I wanted to know if I could get out of paying, not that I cant pay it all back. I said it was my lending mistake I was seeing If I could get out of it though as this is Money SAVING forum isnt it? If i cant get out of it fair play, I'll pay it. I'm sure Mr Andy has helped numerous people with his post count that high, just not me.:)0

Hi, I took a text loan a week or so ago, I needed the money desperately and just accepted the loan of £100 to be repaid in 15 days at £100 + £17. There was no way I could repay the loan in the 15 day period, I knew this but was in a bad state at the time but my question is shouldn't the lender check that I could or could not repay before lending me the money? If they had mad sufficient checks they would of known I couldn't pay it back.
I have no problem paying this loan back but it's going to be around 15 days after the agreement date , I'm not trying to get out of the loan at all just that they will add "Admin" fee's of 2 x £25 and £1.20ish interest everyday I'm over.
So I'm wondering if I have an Argument to get out of the admin and interest fees as they should of known there was no way I could repay?
Thanks
I think you need to be careful as you have stated you had no intention of paying the money back when agreed. You could get yourself into more trouble than just the extra charges.
Unfortunately you have no argument and need to pay them back ASAP, otherwise the debt will keep getting bigger.0 -
And I'm sure you have a lot of pis*y trolls everyday which is why his testosterone runs high and can probably understand where he is coming from, I just happened to be having a conversation about a german we all know and thought it was quite a funny post. (for my own amusement). No hard feelings from me :beer:0
