Txtloan Responsible Lending Question

The only way the company could have known you couldn't pay the loan back was if you told them. but you decided the keep your mouth shut.
So the answer to your question is obvious - you kept your mouth well and truly shut so you have to accept the admin fees and charges.
It's your own fault. If you had opened your mouth and been truthful with the company, you wouldn't have had the charges because they wouldn't have given you the loan.
Don't try and push the blame for this situation onto the company. You could have stopped the charges but decided another course of action was more suitable to your circumstances, and therefore you have to accept the consequences."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
It's only a matter of time before all you haters (read helpful contributors) get accused of being employees of payday loans companies. It quickly got to the stage of being accused of being Hilter for someThinking critically since 1996....0

With respect OP, what planet are you on? Staggering!“In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing at all.” - Roosevelt0

How can any adult with half a brain cell think that they can borrow money, not pay it back on time and expect the lender to say "Oh ok then, seeing as it's you, you can pay it back whenever seeing as you don't have the money right now, don't worry about it, we won't charge you this time" ? If you don't want snotty responses, then sit yourself down and have a word with yourself before you post things like this again.0

Why not just take responsibility for your actions, you took the loan out yet you knew you couldnt pay it back. Was it by any chance for xmas presents or a night out ?
The admin fees and interest are there for a reason and no i cant see how you can get out of not paying these, borrow from friends and family to pay the loan back before the 15 days is up. If your that hard up ask 5 friends/family to loan you £20 or 10 @ £10 or amixture of sell some stuff and borrow from friends and family.
Im being nice with my reply, yes its not what you wanted to hear but its the truth/reality.0 -

If they had mad sufficient checks they would of known I couldn't pay it back.
Just for you information Gaz, its "would have", not "would of". I thought I'd tell you as I'd hate for you to be embarassed by anything you've written.

The only reason I asked, is because of the responsible lending they all Strive for. How is responsible for a lender to ask when you get paid next I say 30 days, they say ohh, ok, thats fine I'll loan you for 15 days. I never said I WAS responsible for taking it out. I'm sorry I don't know the rules on these kind of things I dont have all day to troll forums all day I have a life. (admins excluded) :j0
