Cathedral City Extra Mature is BOGOF at £4.28 at the minute in T's.0 -
Argos as well I didn't realise I only use it occasionally at B.P. or Sainsbury's & I have an Amex card formerly Airmiles Duo now Avios I was saving for a hotel stay, I need to read up on the changes.
Something else for the to do list
Have a trip across to the main site and read the credit card best deals. Not sure if my Amex nectar card is still available to new customers though. I regularly switch credit cards to make sure I maximise points/cashback wherever I shopAwaiting a new sig0 -

Three men were sitting together bragging about how they had given their
new wives duties to perform. Terry had married a woman from America,
and bragged that he had told his new wife to do all the dishes and house
cleaning in the house. He said it took a couple of days but on the third
day he came home to a clean house and all the dishes were cleaned and
put away.
James had married a woman Australia and he bragged that he had given
his new wife orders to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking.
He told them the first day he didn't see any results, but the next day
it was better and by the third day his house was clean, the dishes done
and there was a huge meal on the table.
The third man said the he had married a Yorkshire girl. He boasted
that the duties he had ordered her to do were to keep the house cleaned,
dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed and hot meals on the table
every day.
He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't
see anything, but by the third day most of the swelling had gone down and
he could see a little bit out of his left eye. Enough to fix himself a bite
to eat, load the dishwasher and call a Gardner.Obviously joking there but I try not to take carp from anyone, though I am a nice person well try to be lol
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -

Thanks HC
i do like cathedral city but object to paying 4.28 for it, theres only me that eats it.
I love flavoured cheese, in fact i just love cheese, wich is just as well since its all i have been able to keep down the last few months. to be honest unless it glitches and becomes b1g2f then i cant justify buying it at that price.
altho, the reduced section always has cheese so i seem to be eating the most amazing cheeses for next to nothing.0 -

Just noticed on HDUK - the Cadbury Snowman Selection Medium Selection Boxes are 3 for £1. Pretty good 33p each.

I thought it was the other way around i.e. you get back what you should have paid and the DTD compensates you for what you did pay. Could have sworn there was a copy of an email on this thread somewhere confirming the same.
So the selection boxes - has anyone managed to get DTD on the £1 ones? There were signs in my local saying ALL selection boxes but they wouldn't even honour the B1G2F never mind DTD.0 -
Right, I'm off to watch a couple of DVDs.0

:hello:
I'm back home now but I DID rock today!:j:j:j
I've been offered a trial day straight away and it will be on Monday! :j:j:j I was a bit reluctant because of the job details but once I saw it all "live" it's great and if they will offer what I want(which is a "company" car as this job is too far away to commute otherwise) I think I'll go for itI went through a recruitment agency(two working together actually) and they called me couple of times this afternoon with congratulations and all that because the person who interviewed me was very impressed and really liked me
I was also told not to discuss salary on Monday as they will try to negotiate the highest possible for me! :j(because their commision is based on my salary of course but the better for me! :T) I'm trying not to get too excited but it's hard... I'm actually wondering how I managed to be so cool and relaxed at the interview... I was shaking afterwards!
I cancelled the two inerviews I had for tomorrow as they are not what I would be interested in anyway... I'm going to have a great weekend and I hope I will have my dream job by the next one! :j
Plan for tonight is to stay with you and catch up on all the pages I missed since last night...
PS. Managed to go to two Ts on the way back but didn't really look for bargains... got two packs of the 92p plenty(at last!) and the selection boxes... I just wanted to get back home...
see ya in a bit! :A0
