offers dont usually work in both express's and bigger tesco stores though as they have different offers on.... but worth a try if your going there i spose be rude not to lol, i would pop to an express but it means a 10mile round trip

All sorted!! Apparently it's a £25 charge by the bank for going over my overdraft (by nearly £2!!) at the end of Sept (day before pay day). So they still paid Littlewoods for me. I've obviously overlooked and didn't realise I had gone over but I've received no notification that this charge would be taken. When I queried why the charge had not shown as pending on my account she didn't know. Nice lady has refunded it back as a goodwill gesture . Can breathe again now! lol. Oh how I hate the week of scrimping and scraping before pay day!! Ta for all the advice you're all fabarooney
