Think I've found an ExpressGlitch!:j
Mum bought:
Nestle 12x500ml water-£2.38
Gu puds-£1.46
Lindor eggs 100g-£2.08
Lindor eggs 100g-£2.08
Passata -38p
Passata -38p
Sub total-£8.60
multibuy savings
snow bites 200g 2 for £2 -2.16
Lindt Lindor 100g 2 for £3 -1.16
total savings-£3.32
Total to pay £5.28
Now not exactly sure where the glitch is but mum said the SEL said 2 for £2 on the eggs. The CS gave her back £1. But rushed off to take away the rest. Not sure if this is incorrect SEL glitch or that 2 savings(Lindor and snow bites) are being taken off for the eggs, making them roughly 50p each.
Can anyone work it out/try it out in their local Express. SA taken all the eggs away so can't go myself and check it out and back home from work so can't go back to the Express near work.
i got a 2 packs of lindor eggs on offer 2 for £2 and thats wot they went through as except it said snowbites on the receipt0 -

Thanks dodo. Will the direct debit have started processing do you think? I'm just so annoyed they take extra money when they feel like it. I think there's been a major boo boo/fraud somewhere because the man couldn't find any trace that it had been taken. Had similar happen few years back with a holiday company but that was for hundreds of pounds, luckily got money refunded through visa. Appreciate your reply.

Arggghhh! Just need to vent!! Checked my bank account today and Littlewoods have just taken £25.00 out with no warning. I have a payment to make by D.D on the 21st which I have budgeted for but they've just taken this without prior warning. It's not showing up as paid on my direct debits either. But it def is payment to shop direct group with my acc. no. at the side. Been on the phone nearly half an hour (0844 number) so goodness knows how much that is going to cost. No joy because man can't get through to payment dept but he says they can't ring me back I have to ring them again. I can't find an alternative number that's free. Any ideas anyone??? If this isn't sorted it will probably put me over overdraft and accrue charges. Although if they don't sort it I will cancel DD payment for 21st if possible. Let them dare try and charge me!! Grrrrr!!! Sorry for rant but literally £15 left to last a week and may have to put petrol in for work so I really could do without this.

The rules on a direct debit is that you should be advised of how much they will be taking out before they do so. re the phone number take a look on the website Saynoto0870 google it, they have 0844 number alternatives on there as well0 -
just woke up from my sleep unusually early because of some racket outside, sounded like someone hammering the pavement. turns out there was a tnt truck on the pavement trying to deliver into a house, only it wasnt on the pavement anymore it had one side of it on the grass (it rains alot here) and was sinking more and more by the minute, could see the man delivering his item, then him looking at his truck and shouting obscenities.
he is now i assume waiting for a wrecker to come and pick him and his lorry up.
so because i was awake i caught some little chocolate faries sharing a packet of minstrels..wonder where they got them from, could it be the empty selection boxes on the floor0 -

I also have a little disco nap when DD has hers, before collecting DS from school. And long may it continue! I would be a grumpy mess otherwise (OK, even more of a grumpy wreck!).:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -
