For those of you wanting to, or in the process of giving up smoking, you may find this link usefull.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002RI9432/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=103612307&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0140277633&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=1SQPF4CNXETBQPRXG4TJ

I smoked for many many years and at my height smoked 3 packs a day! I'd even smoke in the shower. I'd tried all sorts of things to quit all with no success at all, then I saw some reviews about this book online. I mentioned it in conversation to my OH of the time and the next day I was the owner of a copy.

After reading the first couple of chapters I panicked and put it on the shelf because it was clear that should I read the book, I would be a non-smoker with immediate effect and that kinda scared me despite my desire to give up. A couple of months went by and I took it back off the shelf and started reading it. Now the beauty of this book is you are allowed to smoke while reading it, in fact its actively encouraged!! Each night I'd goto bed and while having the final smoke of the day would read a chapter or two, and when the book was finished I'd re-read chapters that I felt were most poignant to me over and over. Then I read the final part about picking the time that was right for me. I looked at the ciggy I was smoking and said aloud "you'll be the last one as tomorrow I will be a non-smoker".

Here I am 7 years on and I have to say its been easy. The first couple of weeks were an absolute breeze thanks to the book. Of course now and a gain I fancy a cigarette, but I have no desire to become a smoker again with all the crap that brings!

Good luck to you all anyway. :)

I'm with you on this - that book is marvellous and really works. And it is easy to stop smoking, honestly. Good luck one and all!:T

does it work in the car park

You would need to park close to the store and parking spaces nearest the store are generally the disabled and parent and child spaces.

Has anyone else noticed how helpful T are, by having their stores wifi enabled? Makes it a bit easier to keep checking.

Is this maybe in stores that have a costa? I know they are all meant to have free wi-fi.

Managed to find some of the 90% off toys that were all about a couple of months ago while I was visiting friends in London. I have no idea what the stores were, we were just putting 'tesco' in the tomtom and going on a mission!

I was amazed how many extra stores are there! It was like christmas!

I didnt find any knife sets, and was a bit disappointed about that, but I found loads of other bits. I got the big tardis playset for £4, my kids will love that for xmas. I also got some transformers, loads of toy story bags, 4p tights, zhuzhu castle (already have one for dd1 for xmas, but a great find for my present cupboard), good old ocean moon dough still scanning at £2, got a few 1p leaf trays, a Cars Mater party wall decoration thing for 4p, batman napkins for 15p, chugginton wilson and brewster set for 1.75. Theres more too I think, but I'm at work atm, and don't have my receipts on me.

It was my best haul ever though! Perfect timing too as its my little mans bday very soon and the party bits will all be put to good use :)

A bit better thanks. I started the tablets a day before the drops and they seemed to have helped. I'm not sure I'm managing to actually get the drops in my ear though. The minute I sit up what drops are in there run out. :(
  • Debating whether to go to T's. I need milk, beer and some sandwich filler.

Must admit we are really lucky "down South" with our T's. Czerchy, Qpranger and me all have "quite a few":rotfl::rotfl:around us.

Just swapped over some CC vouchers and got £240 goldsmith one, perfect for DS's watch for his birthday:T:T:T He knows which one he wants and luckily it's in Goldsmiths;)
