    YAY!!

Yesterday I managed to get a £2 "Time for Tea" teapot (no SEL), 3 packs of 8 star celebration candles for 20p each (SEL 20p) and a 'pack' of 2 girls mittens reduced from £2 to £1. I did try to get some 4p clothes but I couldn't find a scanner so had to take my bits (SW11 and AW10) through the SS. Needless to say they all scanned at full price so I returned them (to another Ts) this evening.

This evening I got 6 packs of Napolina pasta (3 penne and 3 fusili) B1G2F ... great since I got a few DTD tinned tomatoes the other week.;)

Also I finally came across the Toy Story bags for 1p ... only got 1 just in case it wasn't right. It was and so I'm going back for more tomorrow :) And ... I also got a 4p peach sparkly scarf (SS10). :j

I did think I had come across a new glitch. I got an Oaktree Steak Pie ... the SEL beneath it was for T Discount Brands Steak Pie £1 ... but I was charged £2.49 (correct price according T online). If I had the time I would have gone back to the shelf and checked the label again but I had to run. I don't suppose 'Oaklands' is a 'Discount Brand'?

I think its Oak Lane (can't be bothered to walk downstairs & check tin of sausages & beans) its some sort of thing they dreamt up a while back, its not Tesco value range but not own brand either I think they describe it as a Discounter Brand
  • not a great find tonight but the mr Ts bake at home baguettes in the 2 x 2 packs (4 all together) have a sel of 1.85 but scan at 1.00.
Theres also a huge sign outside our extra store something to do with lego star wars and it says exclusive to mr T's £5, Couldnt quite make out what the offer is but if anyone else knows i would be greatful if they could let me know.
