why has it taken the troll of a CS at HO 5 days to sort out my DTD from the gift sets on friday???

CS at HO rang the store concerned and the manager confirmed should have been 342 then she told me to go to the store -when i said it was too far she offered me JTD (cheeky c*w) so i asked what about overcharge she said she had no way of proving what i bought and how many and i had to explain to her that she could use my receipt details to confirm my transaction-which she went and put in the flamin pricechecker, said she would ring me back.....nothing, rang today and apparently she is off and because she has started the case no-one else is allowed to comment or take over....:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

i am fuming!!!
Any advice on whether i should explode when i next talk to her when she's is back from her days off:mad::mad:

Well i tried to ring HO when i got in, but it was too late and they were closed. So i rang them today about half 4, and the very nice CS man was very helpful! He couldn't have been more apologetic and is sending me out the £10 gift card. He's logged my complaint against the CS lady who was really rude to us and accused us of lieing about the SEL, and he said he was going to chase the logged complaint up with a phonecall to my store to make sure they fully understood the DTD policy.

I guess it depends on which person at HO you get on the end of the phone? I would deffinatley not be very happy if i was you! Good luck!x
